He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Cortez Bell; his children, Mark Bell (Anna), Joe Bell (Terrie), Laura Bell Reese and Angelie Cortez; his grandchildren, Sara Bell, Ryan Bell, Isaac Bell, Joe Bell (Lacey), Allonah Lakey (Robbie), Ashton Trahan, Shasta Herbert and Sophie Reese; his brother Chris Bell (Donna); and his sister-in-law Kathy Bell. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
