He is survived by: his daughters, Mandi Moon (Josh) and Ashley Patty; his grandchildren, Alexys, Dallas, Emma Joy Faith, Taylor and Landen; and his siblings, Robert, Wade Burgess, Carol Nail, Lisa Thompson and Cynthia Holmes. He is also survived by nephews and Nieces.
