He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Franklin and Helen Franklin; and his brother Billy Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Franklin; his sons, Austin Franklin and Preston Franklin (Danielle); his granddaughter Billie Franklin; and his siblings, Christine Fowler (Rusty), Patti Hallmark (Robert), Ann Foshee (Alan) and John Franklin (Donna).
