She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Pete McCay, Sr. and Ora Talley McCay; and her son Billy Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Christine Fowler (Rusty), Patti Hallmark (Robert), Ann Foshee (Alan), Doranda Coker, Jimmy Franklin (Lisa), John Franklin (Donna), Jorge Lagos (Laura) and David Coker; and her brother Nelson "Bo" McCay (Olien). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
