He is survived by: his wife Valarie Lynn Walker Moore; his children, Anna Elizabeth Johnson (Jeremiah), Eva Adeline Moore, Rachel Olivia Tucker (Tanner), Gary Levi Moore and Autumn Grace Moore; his grandchildren, Justus Lee Johnson, Laila Shae Johnson, Isaac Madden Johnson and Jack Waylon Johnson; and his siblings, Nancy Ka'ren Sarvis (Dewayne) and Kasie Leigh Whatley-Moore (Amy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
