She is survived by: her children, Brian Smith of Lockhart, David Smith of Crestview and Debbie Bass (Robert) of Florala; her siblings, Sara Brooks of Opp, Karen Carter of Opp and William Creech; her sister-in-law Linda Creech of Bartow, FL; her grandchildren, Justin Bass (Liz), Alex Smith (Ashley), Kaylynn Smith, Brian Jr. Smith (Jessica), Andrew Smith and Megan Hathcox (Colby); and her great grandchild Peggy Alford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
