He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil Qualls and Earlene Weaks (Hall); and his brothers, Larry and Gary Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Laura Kay Qualls; his sister Eden Vickrey; his daughters, Rebecca Mckee and Kay Lynn Tate; and his grandchildren, Taylor Hill, Chandler Mckee, Cody Duckworth, Jeffery Duckworth, Zachary Love, Timothy Luker and Brittany Luker.
