He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleburn McLaney and Willie Belcher; his wives, Faye Wilkerson Biggs and Lauren McLaney; his daughter Lori Stokvis; his siblings, Argie Lee, Aubie Dee, Wilson, Edward and Lucile; his great grandchild Samantha; and his grandson Jack.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Cummings (John); his grandsons, John Jr., Connor and Jackson; his son Scott McLaney (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Leah, Jordan, Jacob and Adam. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, there are 7 beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
