He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon York and Lindsey Boyd of Mobile, Ala; his grandchildren, Tyler York, Zachary York and Barrett Manes; and his siblings, Ed Boyd (Cathy) of Monroeville, Ala, Ben Boyd (Robyn) of Alabaster, Ala and Barbara Friday (Steve) of Livingston, Ala.
