He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy DuBose Curtis; his children, Cotina DuBose Fitch of Lisman, AL, Clifton S. Curtis (Odenton, MD) and Orlando M. Curtis (Petersburg); his siblings, Robert Lee Curtis (Betty) of Meridian, MS., Patricia Curtis-Goodman (Harold), Creasie Mills-McCoy, Duluth, Levon Mills (late Wanda) and Priscilla Mills-Wilcox (Reginald); and his grandchildren, Jarvis D. Graham (A'Shanta), Darrington Curtis, Keyona Smith, Charli Curtis, Blakelye Curtis and Kyleigh Curtis. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and friends.
Age 69, of Lisman, Alabama, affectionately known as "Bear", born to the union of Elmore and Annie Bertha Horton Curtis, transitioned and entered into eternal rest January 28, 2021 at Rush Foundation Hospital, Meridian, Mississippi.
