She was predeceased by: her parent Willie McGrew Brown; her husband Willie Jones, Sr.; her daughter Ruby Hill; and her siblings, Grady, Mervin Brown, Mary Julia Ridgeway, Ora Dee Blanks, Maxine McClendon and Elva Whitman.
She is survived by: her parent Eddie E. Brown; her children, Willie Jones (Ernestine) of Fayetteville, GA, Charles Jones of Hampton, GA, Dorothy Anderson of Butler, AL and Gloria; her adoptive daughter Deborah Winston of Cleveland, OH; her nieces, Peggy Anderson of Butler, AL, Emma of Tuscaloosa, AL, Jean of Tuscaloosa, AL and Elsie Smith of Tuscaloosa, AL; and her goddaughter Remona (Wayne Johnson) of Butler, AL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
