She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thurston Welsh and Nelley Norton Welsh; her husband William T. Knight; and her siblings, Roland, Dave, Marion, Luke Welsh, Essie Mae Lockridge, Mazie Webb and Sarah Jane Sawyer.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Reid (Steve) of Lineville and Alan Knight of Cary; her grandchildren, Traci Hayes (Shayne) of Milwaukee and Travis Reid of Douglasville; her great grandchildren, William Austin Hayes, Collin Patrick Hayes and Hayes Wolfe Reid; and her sister Peggy Ann McCord of Piedmont.
Family will receive flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the Lineville Baptist Church.
