Mike Worthy (Sharon) of Maylene; her son-in-law Ray Milstead of Lineville; her siblings, Sarah Bryant of Ashland, Christine Patterson of Ashland and Wilford Triplett (Noble) of Lineville; her parents, Marvin Jefferson and Onnie Mae Craft Triplett; her husband Otto Worthy; her daughter Linda Milstead; her sons-in-law, Ronald Ogle and Doug Foster; her grandson Sawyer Worthy; her great grandchild Fletcher McMyler; her brother Theron Triplett; and her grandsons, Chris Lee, Josh Jordan, Chase Jordan, Zach Jordan, Richard Blair, Ricky Crawford and Andy Lipham. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
