She was predeceased by: her parents, Gulma Monroe Headrick and Dessa Watts; her husband Fred L. Knepper; and her siblings, Mildred Johnson, James and D. C. Headrick.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kay Sims, Randall Knepper (Vicki) of Lineville and Steven Knepper (Melissa) of Lineville; her grandchildren, Shannon Taylor (Rusty), Kerri Sims, Melissa Lowe, Derra Simmons (Cortney), Devin Spivey (Wes) and Daniele Knepper; her sister Bettie Owen (Gary) of Ashland; and her brother-in-law Don Johnson of Indian Springs. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
