He was predeceased by: his brother Frederick Bunn; and his grandfathers, Doyle and Jerry Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Kim Griffin; his son Stetson Lane Griffin of Lineville; his mother-in-law Sherry Cerrato (Hubert) of Lineville; his sisters, Angie Sanchez (Britni) of Gadsden, Breanna Griffin (Micah) of Ashland and Julia Griffin of Barfield; his sister-in-law Brittany Jones (Michael) of Lineville; his brothers, Peewee Sanchez of Ashland and Ronnie Griffin of Barfield; and his grandparents, James "Doug", Omie Bunn of Ashland and Minnie Hughes of Lineville. He is also survived by seven nieces, two nephews and a large extended family.

The family will be accepting flowers or memorial donations towards the funeral expense.
