He is survived by: his children, Cindy Clark (Gary) of Wadley, Cathy Sharp (Terry) of Lineville and Dale McCollum (Wanda) of Lineville; his daughter-in-law Tanya McCollum of Thomaston, GA; and his grandchildren, Justin McCollum (Ashley), Nicole Mathews (Taylor), Casey Fulghum (Ryan), Michael Clark (Allison), Johnathan Clark (Kayla), Tyler Clark, Scott Brand (Caitlyn), Adam Brand and Chris McCollum.
