He is survived by: his wife Lauren Johnson; his sons, Jerald Johnson of Lineville and Kacy Johnson of Roanoke; his grandsons, Wyatt and Waylon; his brother Leroy Mullis (Jessee); his brother-in-law Kenneth Cardwell; and his close friends, Jimmy and Mark. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
