He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edsel and Edna Earl Cheatwood McKinney; and his sister Rhonda Kaye McKinney Nelson. He is survived by: his brother Timmy McKinney (Debbie L.); his nephews, Brandon Tucker McKinney of Clay County, Justin Neal McKinney (Jodie K.) of Clay County and Brian Charles Nelson (Katie) of Clay County; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Timothy Joseph "T. J." McKinney, Charlee Ann McKinney, Kaycee Nelson and Amelia Grace McKinney.
