With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dora Louise Irvin of Lineville, Alabama, born in Talladega, Alabama, who passed away on November 23, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maron Oliver Strickland and Azelda Sewell Strickland; her granddaughter Windy Zarrabal; and her siblings, Jimmy, Donald, Billy, J. B. Strickland and Joyce Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Denney Irvin of Lineville; her daughters, Tammy Irvin of Lineville and Loretta Morrison (Donald) of Delta; and her siblings, Ilene Hill of Lineville and Willie Strickland (Judy) of Alexander City. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chandler Springs Assembly of God Church Cemetery (1401 Horns Lake Rd, Talladega, AL 35160).
