He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Campbell and Mary Campbell; his former wife Linda Faye Campbell; his wife Patricia Campbell; his stepson Ronnie Francis; his grandsons, Kory Campbell and Johnny Ray Horton III; and his great grandchild Braylon Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Bryant (Peggy), Sarah Ortiz (Tim) and Keith Campbell (Sandra); and his stepdaughter Linda Giddens (Ira). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; several other family members and friends.
