She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Colby and Vera Dixon; her husband David J. Navaretta; and her sister Sharon Colby. She is survived by: her daughter Robin Macary (Peter) of Lineville; her grandchildren, Hannah Macary of Lineville, Josiah of Lineville and Jordan Macary of Lineville; and her brother Vern Colby (Beverly) of Connecticut.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Home-Lineville (89076 AL-9, Lineville, AL 36266). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Gospel Light Baptist Church (268 Park S Blvd, Ashland, AL 36266).
