She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommie McGough and Opal Lee Watts; her husbands, Jack Waits and George Lacey; and her siblings, Mary Lou McGough, Dorman, Dan and Randy McGough.

She is survived by: her son Karl Waits (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Emily Masten (David) and Justin Waits (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth of Lineville, Ellieanna Masten of Lineville, Harley of Lineville and Mayhayley Waits of Lineville; and her siblings, Martha Carol Blackwell of Crestview, Lucy Gail Crabb of LaMiRada, CA, Susan Estelle Bogelsange of Santa Rosa, CA, Judy Spalding of Upland, CA, Fred McGough of Ohatchee and Gary McGough of Canyon Lake, CA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
