He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Merl Raby and Johnny Young; his wife Mary Alice Phillips; his son Bruce; his grandparents, Tommy Sr., Carrie Raby, Amelia Tate and George Young; his parents-in-law, Dan and Mamie Phillips; his brothers, Eric and Johnny Young; his daughter-in-law Tametrious Raby; his brother-in-law Kenneth Phillips; his sons, Cedrick [Gaybernell] and Kevin [Chandrika]; his grandchildren, Ciddarious, Cedric Jr., Michael, Jayla, Miya, Nicholas and Alana; his great grandchildren, Rhyles, Layla, Uriah and Ceriah; his sisters, Burnette, Eddye Bee [Eugene], Jeanette [Willie] and Loretta [Larry]; his brothers-in-law, Willie [Sharon], Larry [Linda] and Donald Ray; and his close friends, Landry Mathieu and James Alberta. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
