She is survived by: her children, Cohen Lambert Spears, II, Jennifer Lynn Creel and Linda Jean Duke; and her siblings, Harold Hayes, Dot Wilson, Alee Watkins and Linda Bills. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
