He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Rex and Gloria Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Amanda E. Henderson; his children, Shane Henderson, Nicholas Henderson and Emma Lewis; his siblings, Dawn Henderson Culver and Chad Henderson (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Rachel Henderson, Jacob Henderson and Dixie Henderson.
