She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse L. Etheredge and Eva McIntyre Etheredge; and her brother Jesse L. Etheredge, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Cullum; her children, Chris Cullum (Erika) and Eva Maria Aultman (Steven); her sister Peggy Averette; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Morgan Cullum, Annagayle and Lance Aultman.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital in Patsy Cullum's memory.
