He is survived by: his wife Judy Glass Etheridge; his sister Linda Etheridge Beshears (Buddy); his niece Amy Beshears Duke (Dan); his nephew Blake Beshears; his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Holmes Glass; his niece Katharine Glass Smith (Andy); his nephews, Elliott W. Glass, III (Laura Beth) and John Holmes Glass; and his pet Garbo.
