He is survived by: his children, Lanie Hoover of Demopolis, AL and James Lancaster of Madison, AL; his sisters, Cheryl Abernathy of Tuscaloosa and Theresa Abernathy of Thomaston, AL.; and his grandchildren, Grace, Olivia Hoover, Brayden and Gavin Lancaster.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be made to Rangeline Baptist Church in Demopolis, AL.
