He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Victor and Lula Barkley; his children, Mark Barkley (Charlotte) of Linden, AL, Glenn Barkley of Linden, AL and Pat Barkley of Linden, AL; and his sister Mildred Thrash of Campground, AL. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
