She is survived by: her husband Frank Waters of Lincoln; and her brothers, Luther Webb, Danny Webb and Leslie Webb. She is also survived by sisters, Patricia Mitchell, NC, Mitiz Rivers, of KY, Margaret Pugh, of GA, Yvonne Rivers, of KY, Trudy Webb, of VA, and Deb Webb, of GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
