He is survived by: his wife Angela Kim Kelley; his daughters, Rebecca (Brandon Mitchell), Kala, Amie (Tyler Pugh), Amanda Hulsey and Cierra Parker; his grandchildren, Nick, Ava, Zack, Emma, Nash and Colson; and his stepfather Billy Roszell. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
