He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Clark; his parents, James Clark and Mary Clark; and his siblings, Tommy Clark, Bobby Clark, Billy Clark, Judy Stewart and Faye Handshoe.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Douglas Clark (Michelle), Johnny Lee Clark (Rachael) and Lisa Ann Clark; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jaylyn, Holly, Maryann, Peyton, Samuel and Layla; and his brothers, Jimmy Clark (Kathey) and Tim Clark (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Usrey Funeral Home (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
