He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Dulaney; his parents, Cecil Dulaney and Jewell Dulaney; his daughter-in-law Anita Dulaney; and his granddaughter Abby Dulaney.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Dulaney (Joni) and Mark Dulaney (Theresa); his grandchildren, Annaka Burg (Joey), Jaycie Dulaney, Chance Dulaney (Laura), Hunter Dulaney, Kenzleigh Burke and Bella Burke; and his brother Larry Dulaney. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
