She is survived by: her children, James Mullinax (Bonnie) and Tina Mullinax; her grandchildren, Chad Mullinax (Amanda), Kylie Mullinax (Chris Murphy), Amanda Kolln (Todd) and Joel Richard (Janay); her great grandchildren, Carlee Mullinax, Haylee, Grace Mullinax, Ethan Gilbert, Emily Gilbert, Emelia Pelletier and Jeremiah Bennett; and her siblings, Howard Leahey (Pat) and Gloria Jean Woosley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
