He was predeceased by: his child Suzanne Bosworth Carter. He is survived by: his wife Leah Carter; his children, Daniel Carter, Rich Carter and Amanda Carter; his stepdaughters, Lacey Hodges, Candace Hodges and Kelsey Hodges; his mother Willodean Carter; and his brothers, Elton Carter (Linda) and Breck Carter (Stacy). He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
