He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty Walden and Clarence Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Mizzell; his children, Madison Goins (Casey), Kynslee Lomeli (Locke), Logan Lomeli (Baylee) and Jacob Sheffield; his parents, Bonnie Lomeli and Lupe Lomeli; his siblings, Joey Lomeli (Nickie), Jessie Lomeli and Ember Lomeli; and his grandchildren, Maverick, Brexley, Madelyn, Elliana and Bodie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Mr. Lomeli's family asks that donations be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at http://www.stjude.org or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
