He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Craddock (Campbell). He is survived by: his father Robert C. Campbell; his stepmother Kathy R. Campbell; his brother Robert C. Campbell, Jr. of Boston, MA; his stepsister Amanda Woodham (Ricky); and his close friends, Doug, Lisa Hatch, William and Heather Hatch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, and cousins.
