He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Crump and Lula Crump; and his uncle Billy Crow. He is survived by: his wife Jackie S. Crump; his children, Ray Crump (Tesha), Tim Crump (Sherry) and Beth Graham (Michael); his grandchildren, Blayde Crump, Shelby Crump, Gracie Crump, Emma Crump, Baylee Graham and Mollie Graham; and his siblings, Joyce Reaves, Carrie Nunnally (Dennis), Darryl Crump (Kim) and Phil Crump. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
