He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lowe. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Dempsey (Russell) of Lillian, AL; his grandchildren, Kim Frank (D. J.) of Elberta, AL and David Dempsey of Robertsdale, AL; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Conner Frank, Teah and Chaz Dempsey; and his great great grandchild Meah Kelly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
