He is survived by: his wife Waynette Marie Brown; his children, Scott Wayt of Sapulpa, Amber Cilliers (Leon) of Sapulpa, Brandy Wingo (Travis) of Edmond, Justin Brown (Miranda) of Ada, Ryan Brown (Brittni) of Norfolk, Virginia and Tyler Haggard (Natasha) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; and his sister Sheila Biles (John) of Aberdeen, Maryland. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends.
