He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Tolbert, John Tolbert, Ernestine King and Annie Tolbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Cullver and Wendy Donovan (Clyde); his grandchildren, Jennifer Tolbert, Jeffrey Cool, Jr., Brandon Donovan and Emily Donovan; his brothers, Telton Tolbert, Melton Tolbert and Elbert Tolbert; his close friend Leola Howard; and also, Joseph Watson, Mark Watson, Rebecca Edwards and Carol Till. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
