He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harville and Claudine McCool Harville; his brothers, Wayne and Doug; his wife Elizabeth A. Novak; and his sister Julie.

He is survived by: his children, Kelly, Robert and Timothy; and his siblings, Sandee Perez, Jay and Margie Klein.
