He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Clarence Fell and Savine Lewis Fell; his brothers, Clinton Doyle Fell and James Wilton Wallace; his stepson Jerry Buford Lassiter; and his niece Rebecca Lynn Fell.
He is survived by: his wife Renee; and his brother Gene Fell. He is also survived by Daddy loved the Lord and it was important to him that his children and grandchildren.
