She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clayton Allen Balch and Villard Balch; her son Thomas Hayes (Doris); her granddaughter Sasha Gifford (Mike); her great grandchildren, Harper, Eleanor and Fiona; her husband Thomas Hayes; her daughter Cynthia Gifford; and her siblings, J. V., Louise and Ralph.
