He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin McDonald and Ollie McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Debbie McDonald; his daughters, Salina Surratt (Jim) and Rhonda Fuqua (Mason); his grandchildren, Kayla Surratt, Dylan Surratt and Logan Fuqua; his brother Carl McDonald (Frances); and his pets, Cash and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
