He is survived by: his wife Becky Putman; his children, Michael Putman, Kristie Doan and Brooke Creech; his siblings, Hal Putman (Roberta Putman) and Vickie Dollar (Ray Dollar); and his grandchildren, Jayden, Skylar, Jazmine, Chasen, Kingston and Phoenix. He is also survived by many family members and friends he loved.
