He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Harlan Fulks; and his parents, Ernest N. Fulks and Cleo Newton Fulks. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Fulks (Gina), Jason Fulks, Matthew Fulks (Misty) and Jerry Fulks; and his siblings, Alton Fulks, Jr., Troy Fulks, W. H. Fulks, Diane, Margie, Katherine and Evelyn. He is also survived by Grandchildren; (6) great grandchildren.
