He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Leroy Harrell and Beverly Farrell Harrell; and his siblings, Frosty Harrell, Stevie Harrell and Sheryl Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda S. Holden; his children, Jack Harrell, Jr. (Mary Lou), Emry Harrell (Tosha), Shane Holden (Mae) and Lisa Ashby (Darren); and his siblings, Larry Harrell (Angie), David Harrell (Vickie), Tina Caldwell (JR) and Lily Amaya (Tony). He is also survived by grandchildren; (2) great-grandchildren.
