She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Blevins; her parents, Elmer Wilson and Willie Mae Wilson; her siblings, Don Wilson and Katherine Robinson; her son Mark Tate; and her stepdaughter Rhonda Stutts.
She is survived by: her sister Sue Kelly; her children, Dennis Tate (Erica), Judy Barnes, Sherry Behel and Suzette Williams (Phillip); her stepchildren, Charlotte Witt (Larry), Greg Blevins (Vicki), Steve Blevins, Debbie Trudell (Terry), Tracey Lester, Faith Kidd and Becky Brown (Neal); her close friend Mary Alice Rhodes; and her grandchildren, Todd Tate, Leah Blazer, Marcus Tate, Jackson Muck, Carley Barnes, Christopher Tate, Jason Allen, Christen Howard, Danielle Hill, Charles Ray Behel, Amber Behel, Joey Wright, Zac Barnes, Erin Williams and Daniel Hill. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
