He is survived by: his wife Annette Slaton Howard; his children, Shawn Howard (Denise), Ted Lash (Cheryl) and Pam Ritter (Rickey); his grandchildren, Alan Lash, Roxy Day, Lorrie Cook, Camille Williams, Caroline Fulks, Daniel Slaton Lash, Luke Howard and Marissa Howard; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Anna, Matilda, Meredith, Lucy, Gus and Grant.
